JEAN PATTERSON, 44, 34 South St., first floor apt., Torrington, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with or resisting an officer, assault of personnel, May 19. Held on $25,000 surety bond for appearance May 21 in Torrington Superior Court.
AMADO VILLA, 21, 1 South Main St., Torrington, second-degree breach of peace, May 19. Released on $1,200 bond for appearance May 21 in Torrington Superior Court.
CHRISTOPHER J. KATTEN, 53, 440 Meriden Rd. Apt. 418, Waterbury, operation of motor vehicle under the influence, failure to signal turn or stop, May 13. Released on $1,500 bond for appearance May 21 in Torrington Superior Court.
