Torrington arrests for May 9, 2018 – The Register Citizen

FAILURE TO APPEAR: Trevor Webb, 26, 4 Pease Ave., Middletown, was arrested on May 6 and charged with first-degree failure to appear. He was held on a $107,500 court-set bond for four warrants. He was due to appear in Superior Court in Torrington on May 7.
DWI: Joshua Boufford, 19, 259 Richards Road Extension, Litchfield, was arrested on East Main Street on May 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated, traveling unreasonably fast, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with an officer and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington on May 14.
BREACH OF PEACE: Justin Parlow, 27, of 346 Greenwoods Road, Torrington, was arrested May 5 after police received a 911 call and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was held on a $1,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington on May 14.
SHOPLIFTING: Hailey Collins, 23, of 111 Rivertown Road, Winsted, was arrested May 5 and charged with sixth-degree larceny Police report that Collins took $50.03 in merchandise from a Walmart store. She was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court in Torrington on May 8.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Bernadette Teti, 30, of 927 East Main St., Torrington, was arrested on a warrant from the Bristol police department for second-degree failure to appear. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington on May 8.
BREACH OF PEACE: David Hurley, 29, of 165 Park Ave., Torrington, was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace and simple assault on May 4. He was released on a non-surety bond of $500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington on May 7.
FORGERY: Marc Boucher, 30, of 56 New Litchfield Road, Torrington, was arrested on April 30 and charged with first-degree forgery, criminal intent to commit sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass and violating a protective order. He was released on a collective surety bond of $11,500 and is scheduled to appear in in Superior Court in Torrington on May 4.
VIOLATION OF PROBATION: Jacqueline Hall, 36, of 69 Pleasant Valley Road, Barkhamsted, was arrested on May 3 and charged with violation of probation. She was released on a $25,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in New Britain on May 17.
BREACH OF PEACE: Robert Boudreau, 48, of 118 Lois St., Torrington, was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace on May 2. He was released on a $500 surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington on May 3.
LARCENY: Thomas Hall, 48, of 156 Oak Ave., Torrington, was arrested April 5 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was held on a court-set bond of $500 and is scheduled to appear on May 14.
