Torrington arrests for March 20, 2018 – The Register Citizen

VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER: Tyarah Dziedzic, 19, of 360 Riverton Road, Riverton, was arrested on a warrant stemming from March 11 and charged with violation of a protective order. He was given a $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court March 19.
USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Lisa A. Ferry, 51, of 61 Linden St., Apartment 3, Torrington, was arrested March 16 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia. She was issued a misdemeanor summons and scheduled to appear in court March 26.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC: Ashton C. Pochatko, 20, of 21 Butler St., Torrington, was arrested March 8 and charged with illegal possession of narcotic — crack cocaine, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession in a school zone. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 19.
DUI: Jill K. Richards, 40, of 29 Eastwood Road, Torrington, was arrested March 8 and charged with driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving without a license, two counts of illegal possession of narcotics, possession in a school zone, failure to renew registration, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. She was released on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 19.
USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Delvore Bond, 28, of 79 Front St., Winchester, was arrested March 8 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 19.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Dianna Bestick, 21, of 132 Colebrook Road, Norfolk, was arrested March 17 and charged with violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespassing, and possession in a school zone. She was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court March 19.
DUI: Erin Kremser, 37, of 15D Balfour Lane, Chatham, Mass., was arrested March 16 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 26.
DUI: Rachel M. Wendel, 23, of 113 Ashley Road, Winchester Center, was arrested March 17 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released on a $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 26.
