BREACH OF PEACE: Jessica R. Beaulieu, 26, of 376 North Elm St., Torrington, was arrested March 10 and charged with breach of peace. She was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 12.
BREACH OF PEACE: Dennis L. August, 28, of 376 North Elm St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested March 10 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 12. August was also arrested March 10, charged with second-degree violation of conditions of release and first-degree criminal trespassing, and held in lieu of a $2,500 surety bond for a March 12 court appearance.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: Griffin M. Hayes, 21, of 200 Silver Brook Lane, Torrington, was arrested March 9 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to have seatbelts in a motor vehicle, and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 19.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Joseph M. Clifone, 19, of 305 South Main St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested March 8 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. His bond was set at $1,000.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS: David Garnet, 30, of 70 Franklin Ave., Torrington, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a misdemeanor summons and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 12.
HARASSMENT: Conrey Brown, 40, of 640 Pearl Harbor St., Bridgeport, was arrested March 10 and charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 12.
