Torrington arrests for March 7, 2018 – The Register Citizen

FALSE REPORT: Steve L. Newman, 28, of 21 Pearl St., Apartment 3R, Torrington, was arrested March 5 and charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree false incident report. He was held in lieu of a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 6.
THREATENING: Nicole E. Menard, 26, of 145 Highland Ave., Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Feb. 5 and charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening. She was released on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court March 19.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Vincent A. Cappuccino, 27, of 69 Boardman St., Norfolk, Mass., was arrested March 6 and charged with first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was given $3,500 combined bond and scheduled to appear in court March 19.
BREACH OF PEACE: Naim Mubarek, 61, of 286 Brightwood Ave., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 8.
