Torrington arrests for Feb. 28, 2018 – The Register Citizen

FAILURE TO APPEAR: Philip Semon, 52, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was held in lieu of $11,000 combined surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Feb. 27.
ASSAULT: Carlos J. Vega, 41, of 224 North Elm St., Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Feb. 20 and charged with violation of a protective order – threatening/harassment/assault, third-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespassing, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Feb. 27.
BREACH OF PEACE: James M. Tripp, 33, of 123 Winthrop St. A2, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Feb. 21 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Feb. 27.
NARCOTICS: Bobby Main, 27, of 21 Grace St., Torrington, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension and illegal possession of narcotic. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington March 5.
BREACH OF PEACE: Felicia E. Gulyas, 18, of 311 North Elm St., Apartment 1W, Torrington, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a misdemeanor summons and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Feb. 26.
