Torrington arrests for Feb. 7, 2018 – The Register Citizen

DUI: Frederick J. Lovato, 59, of 144 Fairlawn Drive, Torrington, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court Feb. 13.
NARCOTICS: Michael Carroll, 47, of 72 Meadow St., Winchester, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with possession of narcotics, failure to obey traffic control signals and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Feb. 13.
PARAPHERNALIA: Anita Noreika, 45, of 412 South Main St., Apartment 3, Torrington, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia. She was held in lieu of a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Feb. 1.
LARCENY: Robert White, 68, of 74 Taft Circle, Watertown, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Nov. 10 and charged with fourth-degree larceny. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Feb. 20.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Latoya K. Morrison, 26, of 10 Bella Drive, Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was given $1,000 bond.
DUI: Erick Rodriguez, 32, of 330 Highland Ave., Torrington, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and improper turn/stop — no signal. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Feb. 15.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Destiny S. Coble, 36, of 26 Castlewood Lane, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Dec. 13 and charged with first-degree criminal trespassing. She was released on a $15,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Feb. 13.
ASSAULT: Sebastian Bloom, 32, of 260 East Main St., Torrington, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, use/possession of drug paraphernalia — more than a half-ounce of marijuana and first-degree criminal trespassing. He was held in lieu of $1,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Feb. 20.
BREACH OF PEACE: Nicholas Weston, 46, of 395 South Main St., Torrington, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Feb. 7.
BREACH OF PEACE: Kristopher Coons, 34, of 395 South Main St., first apartment, Torrington, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was given a $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court Feb. 7.
