RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: Arlen D. Kleinsasser, 28, of 239 Hillside Ave., Torrington, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with breach of peace and reckless endangerment. He was held on a $5,000 police-set bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Dec. 11.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Amber Marzoni, 27, of 34 Pine St., Apartment 2F, Torrington, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on a misdemeanor summons with $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Dec. 11.
EVADING RESPONSIBILITY: Andew N. Eckstein, 27, of 15 Woodcourt, Terryvile, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Nov. 21 and charged with evading responsibility — motor vehicle. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Dec. 18.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS: Jason Bazzano, 29, of 509 South Main St., Torrington, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Dec. 15.
THREATENING: Cody Starr, of 27 Harwinton Ave., Torrington, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with threatening. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Dec. 11.
BREACH OF PEACE: Fernando Colon, 51, of 21 Summer St., Apartment 3R, Torrington, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Jan. 2.
ASSAULT: Richard Quell, 61, of 21 Summer St., Apartment 4, Torrington, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Jan. 2.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC: Leonard Foster, 34, of 52 Brandy Hill Road, Torrington, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with illegal possession of narcotic — heroin. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Dec. 21.
ROBBERY: Kyle J. Hood, 36, of 46 Pulaski St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with third-degree robbery, breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Jan. 2.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Raina Cami, 21, of 85 Newfield Ave., Apartment 51, Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was released on a $500 court-set surety bond and scheduled to appear in Milford court Dec. 21.
