CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Chelsea M. Damboise, 21, of 305 Litchfield Road, Harwinton, was arrested on a warrant from Nov. 9 and charged with violation of a protective order by threatening/harassment/assault and first-degree criminal trespassing. She was released on a $1,000 court-set surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 21.
LARCENY: Kurt H. Drew, 32, of 244 Whalley Ave., New Haven, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with second-degree failure to appear, credit card theft by transfer, more than $500 on revoked credit card, and third-degree larceny. He was held on a $5,000 surety bond.
HARASSMENT: Matthew S. Benedetto, 33, of 58 Main St., Apartment 3, Winsted, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment. He was held in lieu of a $1,000 court-set bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 22.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Tierra J. Moore, 33, of 80 Cherry St., Torrington, was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with two counts of violation of a protective order, second-degree harassment, first-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation. She was held in lieu of a combined $38,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 22.
STRANGULATION: Michael D. Truskauskas, 22, of 55 Whiting Ave., third-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Nov. 9 and charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 21.
RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD: Jesus Aldarondo, 20, of 72 Turner Ave., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Aug. 23 and charged with risk of injury to child. He was held in lieu of a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Dec. 4.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Richard W. Tenore, 32, of 322 South Main St., Torrington, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 20.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Eleanor D. Bathrick, 31, of 85 Main St., Apartment 3, North Canaan, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 20.
BREACH OF PEACE: Harley Hamilton, 26, of 680 Prospect St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a court-set $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 20.
CREDIT CARD THEFT: Benjamin M. Duchene, 23, of 513 Harwinton Ave., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with credit card theft by transfer and more than $500 on revoked credit card. He was released on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 27.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS: Jason M. Urban, 42, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics — suboxone, and possession of narcotics — heroin. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 27.
BREACH OF PEACE: Edward W. Owens, 51, of 39 Brownstone Drive, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 20.
BREACH OF PEACE: Katherine M. Schock-Owens, 47, of 39 Brownstone Drive, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 20.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Marieme N. Ngom, 25, of 451 Harwinton Avenue, Apartment 1A6, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 27.
BREACH OF PEACE: John C. Keenan, 48, of 72 Grove St., Torrington, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 20.
EVADING RESPONSIBILITY: John J. Beatrice, 57, of 101 Workman Ave., Torrington, was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with evading responsibility. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 20.
