Torrington arrests for Nov. 3, 2017 – The Register Citizen

HARASSMENT: Nicholas Ferrigno, 55, of 555 Main St., Apartment 2, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Oct. 4 and charged with violation of a protective order by threat/harassment/assault and second-degree harassment. He was released on a $2,500 court-set surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 2.
LARCENY: Elijah K. Long, 21, of 205 Summer St., Stratford, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Dec. 10, 2016 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of $1,500 cash bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 2.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Sarah M. Mikuski, 31, of 472 East Main St., Torrington, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with four counts of failure to appear. She was held in lieu of a $8,500 combined bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 2.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Anthony J. Roig, 30, of 73 James St., Torrington, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with three counts of failure to appear. He was given $4,500 combined bond and transported to Superior Court in Torrington. Roig was arrested again Nov. 3, charged with second-degree failure to appear, and brought to Superior Court in Torrington.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Jesse J. Blake, 41, of 325 Main St., Portland, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with failure to appear. He was released on a $2,500 court-set bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 13.
ASSAULT: Ashley M. Chausse, 24, of 651 South Main St., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov 6.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS: Joseph Blakely, 59, of 165 Pearl St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics in a school zone. He was given $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington.
POSSESSION WITH INTENT: Christopher Pecott, 23, of 231 Lyman Drive, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell/dispense a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance – one-half to four ounces of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession in a school zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing, risk of injury to child, and failure to comply with handicapped parking requirements. His bond was set at $5,000.
