Torrington arrests for Oct. 27, 2017 – The Register Citizen

LARCENY: Patricia Farnham, 54, of 291 East Main St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was issued a misdemeanor summons and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 30.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Curtis Fritz, 32, of 50 Wake Robin Lane, Harwinton, was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a misdemeanor summons and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 30.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTICs: Thomas Schanz, 39, of 200 Dennison Drive, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He was issued a misdemeanor summons and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 30.
THREATENING: Gabriel Ortiz, 35, of 48 Hillside Ave., Winchester, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with violation of probation as well as first-degree threatening, based on a warrant from July 25. He was held in lieu of a 30,000 combined surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 26.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Amber Dibiase, 26, of 619 Migeon Ave., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was held in lieu of a $2,500 court-set bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 27.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Richard S. Wanklin, 38, of 343 Main St., Winsted, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with second-degree failure to appear and first-degree failure to appear. He was held in lieu of $10,000 combined surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 24.
ASSAULT: Nathaniel Godden, 19, of 491 South Main St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was held in lieu of a $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 24.
HARASSMENT: Michelle D. Rosseau, 59, of 214 Franklin Ave., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment. She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 24.
POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL/DISPENSE: Greg S. White, 50, of 46 Cherry St., Apartment 1, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with possession of narcotics, possession in a school zone, and possession with intent to sell/dispense. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 30.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: William Fendley, 38, of 57 Iowa St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, and failure to pay/plead to infraction. He was held on $592 combined bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 24.
ASSAULT: Johan M. Martinez, 20, of 372 South Main St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 30.
ASSAULT: Edward E. Morales, 22, of 619 Migeon Ave., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 30.
RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD: Wilbert A. McCullough, 35, of 19 Nathaniel St., Apartment 15, Stratford, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with three counts of third-degree assault, breach of peace, two counts of risk of injury to a child, and interfering with an emergency call. He was held in lieu of a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 24.
ROBBERY: Melissa M. Baresi, 29, of 124 Lincoln Ave., Apartment 2, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree robbery. She was released on a $3,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 25.
RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD: Michelle Olszewski, 47, of 276 Park Ave., Apartment 1, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and risk of injury to child. She was held in lieu of a $1,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 25.
BREACH OF PEACE: Deandre D. Watson, 31, of 276 Park Ave., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 25.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS: Kellie A. Mastrogiovanni, 33, no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Nov. 6.
LARCENY: Hanh Tran, 33, of 139 Commonwealth St., Springfield, Mass., was arrested on a warrant stemming from Aug. 12, 2015 and charged with second-degree larceny and second-degree identity theft. She was released on a $10,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6.
