Torrington arrests for Oct. 23, 2017 – The Register Citizen

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:
ASSAULT: Melissa B. Layfulde, 39, of 4 Prospect Place, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. She was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 23.
USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Nicole E. Chapman, 26, of 21 East Center St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 30.
BREACH OF PEACE: Lee E. Oligny, 33, of 171 Upper Valley Road, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 23.
STALKING: Thomas F. Poole, 48, of 194 Central Ave., second apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree stalking. He was held on a $20,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 23.
RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD: Joshua P. Pacheco, 43, of 135 Workman Ave., third apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession in a school zone, and risk of injury to child. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 30.
