Torrington arrests for Oct. 6, 2017 – The Register Citizen

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:
ASSAULT: Stacy L. Brady, 45, of 137 Brightwood Ave., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 2.
ASSAULT: Terence C. Brady, 45, of 137 Brightwood Ave., Apartment 1, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 2.
DUI: Victor Pineda, 51, of 32 Grove St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 10.
DUI: David S. Perrigo, 43, of 25 Evans St., second apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to obey stop sign. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 10.
BREACH OF PEACE: Elaine Milo, 56, of 110 Hillside Ave., Apartment 16, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 2.
PARAPHERNALIA: Katherine J. Boisvert, 39, of 4 Shamrock Lane, Newtown, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 10.
POSSESSION: Sierra M. Fleury, 26, of 16 East Main St., Apartment 2, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of narcotic. She was held in lieu of a $1,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 10.
PARAPHERNALIA: Mark A. Boutot, 50, of 2791 East Main St., Waterbury, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 10.
ASSAULT: Elvin A. Perez-Goris, 32, of 324 Oak Ave., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 2.
BREACH OF PEACE: Leymi Pochet-Delacruz, 27, of 324 Oak Ave., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a $1,00 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 2.
STALKING: John H. Macdonald, 63, of 19 Meyers Road, Terryville, was arrested on a warrant stemming from July 20 and charged with second-degree stalking, second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal trespassing. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 3.
DUI: John A. Bridges, 47, of 89 Sunrise Drive, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 16.
BREACH OF PEACE: Roberta L. Mallette, 20, of 26 Barton St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 4.
POSSESSION: Jill K. Richards, 39, of 29 Eastwood Road, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics — cocaine, and possession in a school zone. She was released on a $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 10.
POSSESSION: Jacob O. Mercado, 37, of 343 Hayden Hill Road, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with illegal possession of narcotic — cocaine, illegal possession of narcotic — crack cocaine, possession with intent to sell/dispense, use of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of narcotic — suboxone. He was released on a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 10.
DUI: Sean P. Cote, 23, of 267 Circle Drive, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of a controlled substance — one-half to four ounces of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 16.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Eric R. Castillo, 28, of 466 Main St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was held in lieu of a $2,500 court-set bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 5.
RISK OF INJURY: Sarah A. Ocal, 36, of 77 Marion Ave., Apartment 15, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with risk of injury to child. She was held in lieu of a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 6.
ASSAULT: Frank E. Woodward, 34, of 1209 Goshen Road, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening, possession of hallucinogen — LSD, three counts of risk of injury to child, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana. He was held in lieu of a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 16.
