Torrington arrests for Sept. 29, 2017 – The Register Citizen

ASSAULT: Jonathon M. Lombardi, 30, of 126 Barton St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. He was held in lieu of $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 28.
POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Teddy Valentin, 47, of 38 Brookside Ave., third-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with possession with intent to consume and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 27.
BREACH OF PEACE: Brandon A. Raymundo, 19, of 608 Prospect St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 10.
LARCENY: Tina M. Morey, 44, of 90 Pulaski St., Apartment C, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension. She was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 10.
VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER: Christopher J. Patnode, 31, of 417 Migeon Ave., third-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with violation of a protective order, two counts of first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was held on $35,000 combined bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 29.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Michelle J. Blood, 35, of 58 High St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 29.
VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER: Kristopher D. Girard, 19, of 162 Central Ave., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with violation of a protective order, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear. He was held on a $8,500 combined cash or surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 2.
BURGLARY: Alexandria Kinney, 24, of 124 Birch St., Manchester, was arrested on a warrant stemming from April 29 and charged with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny. She was held on a $2,500 court set bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 29.
