Torrington arrests for Sept. 27, 2017 – The Register Citizen

POSSESSION: Eruin Sosa-Aris, 31, of 260 Calhoun St., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, and possession in a school zone. He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 26.
VIOLATING CONDITIONS: Thomas F. Poole, 47, of 194 Central Ave., second apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with second-degree violation of conditions of release. He was given $10,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 26.
POSSESSION: Andrew Riley, 19, of 91 Palmer Bridge St., front apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with possession with intent to sell/dispense, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession in a school zone. He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 10.
NARCOTICS: Delmont P.W. Staples, 38, of 140-B Circle Drive, Bantam, was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession in a school zone, use of drug paraphernalia and carrying a dangerous weapon – knife. He was held on a $1,000 surety bnd and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 26.
PROTECTIVE ORDER: Samuel S. Ruggerio, 33, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order. He was held in lieu of a $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 27.
PARAPHERNALIA: William Fendley, 38, of 57 Iowa St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a summons and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington.
