Torrington arrests for Sept. 25 – The Register Citizen

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Sara A. Mansfield, 23, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with violation of protective order and first-degree criminal trespassing. She was held in lieu of a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 25.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Robert L. Harden, 23, of 57 Broad St., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was held in lieu of $1,000 court-set surety bond.
EVADING RESPONSIBILITY: Roger Abreu, 24, of 330 Bishop St., Waterbury, was arrested Sept. 21 and charged with improper turn/stop – no signal and evading responsibility – motor vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 2.
BREACH OF PEACE: Jeffrey M. Gladding. 51, of 50 Ridge Road, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was given $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 25.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Jeffrey R. Kielczewski, 34, of 64 Washington Ave., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and violation of a protective order. He was given a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 25.
BREACH OF PEACE: Sabrina L. Mattie, 18, of 266 Albrecht Road, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and possession of a controlled substance or less than a half-ounce of marijuana. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 25.
POSSESSION: Martin Hayre, 53, of 125 Torringford West St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with illegal possession of controlled substance and dispensing controlled substance. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Oct. 2.
BREACH OF PEACE: Joel Marrero, 26, of 107 South Main St., Apartment 1, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 25.
