FAILURE TO APPEAR: Michael Diorio, 31, of 298 Ramstein Road, New Hartford, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with first-degree failure to appear, violation of a protective order, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. He was also charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and violation of a protective order on a warrant stemming from Aug. 18. He was given $8,500 combined bond.
ATTEMPT TO COMMIT LARCENY: Emmanuel S. Modey, 22, of 136 Whittier St., Bridgeport, was arrested on a warrant stemming from June 13 and charged with attempt to commit crime – third-degree larceny. He was given $2,500 cash/surety bond.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS: Christopher D. Hebert Jr., 18, of 143 West Pearl Road, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana, illegal possession of narcotic — cocaine, and improper turns. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 26.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC: Rachel L. Bacon, 25, of 363 Greenwoods Road, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotic – cocaine, and illegal possession of narcotic – molly. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 26.
RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD: Amauri Rodriguez, 30, of 260 Riverside Ave., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and risk of injury to child. He was release on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 18.
BREACH OF PEACE: Jennifer Robbs, 41, of 46 Cobblestone Court, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 18.
ASSAULT: Carlos Vega, 40, of 224 North Elm St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 18.
ASSAULT: Christopher J. Centrella, 48, of 100 Roosevelt Ave., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 18.
ASSAULT: Richard A. Carignan, 49, of 23 Highland Ave., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 18.
BREACH OF PEACE: Nicholl A. Solberg, 35, of 23 Highland Ave., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 18.
LARCENY: Krista Lamothe, 25, of 92 Beechwood Ave., second apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was given $500 bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 29.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Erica L. Shaw, 35, of 88 School St., Marion, N.C., was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was held in lieu of $2,500 bond.
VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER: Matthew Benedetto, 33, of 30 Maud St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with violation of a protective order. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 18.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Michael Clark, 26, of 88 School St., Marion, N.C., was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and two counts of first-degree failure to appear. He was held in lieu of $32,500 combined bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 18.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS: Fred Naehrig, 60, of 124 McKinley St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 26.
ASSAULT: Thomas F. Poole, 47, of 194 Central Ave., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 18.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Joshua Morelli, 40, of 647 East Main St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond ad scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 26.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Brandon M. Raymundo, 21, of 608 Prospect St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with first-degree criminal trespassing. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 26.
OUI: Gerald J. Hladick, 59, of LKA 91 Norfolk Road, Litchfield, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Torrington Sept. 26.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: George Smith, 63, of Laurel Acres, Apartment 5, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, and attempt to commit crime – assault public safety official. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 2.
