Torrington arrests for Sept. 5, 2017

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:
DUI: Amber M. Parsons, 31, of 239 Hillside Ave., Apartment 2, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating a motor vehicle without a license. She was released on a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Torrington court Sept. 26.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Eric Plevka, 33, of 502 Essex Court, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with failure to appear in court. He was held on a $25,000 combined bond. He was later arrested Sept. 2 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
THREATENING: Michelle Rousseau, 58, of 619 Migeon Ave., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, interfering with an emergency call, and threatening. She was held on a $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 5.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Michael Carey, 61, of 28 French St., Apartment 2, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in Torrington Superior Court Sept. 26.
RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: Paul Arezzini, 68, of 28 French St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with breach of peace, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and evading responsibility. He was released on a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court Sept. 26.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Carson Koch, 53, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with failure to appear. He was held on a $2,500 cash or surety bond.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Jeffrey Kielczewski, 34, of 64 Washington Ave., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with breach of peace, criminal trespassing, and violation of conditions of release. He was given a $5,000 police-set surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 5.
BREACH OF PEACE: Brandon Raymundo, 21, of 608 Prospect St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in Torrington Superior Court Sept. 26.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC: John S. Ladden, 38, of 22 Skyline Drive, Prospect, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with illegal possession of narcotic. He was issued a misdemeanor summons and scheduled to appear in Torrington court Sept. 26.
BREACH OF PEACE: Joshua Morelli, 40, of 647 East Main St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with breach of peace. He was held on a $2,500 police-set cash surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 5.
POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA: Richard S. Bohner, 45, of 21 Johnson Road, Litchfield, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of city ordinance, and public intoxication. He was released on a promise to appear in Torrington Superior Court Sept. 26.
USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Jason N. Fahey, 37, of 30 Maud St., Torrington, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with improper use — marker/license/registration, operation/tow of unregistered motor vehicle, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 5.
USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Justin M. Lamontagne, 31, of 89 Dogwood Drive, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with failure to obey stop sign, illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension, and use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was held on a police set $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 5.
VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER: Matthew Benedetto, 33, of 7 Willow St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with violation of protective order. He was released on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 5.
RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: Stephanie L. McCann, 29, of 86 Water Street, Apartment 2, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with breach of peace and reckless endangerment. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 5.
BREACH OF PEACE: James R. Churchill II, 30, of 27 Eastview Road, Terryville, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 5.
