Torrington arrests for August 31, 2017

THREATENING: Davis Armstrong, 23, of 332 South Main St., Torrington, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with breach of peace and threatening. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 5.
USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Anthony J. Roig, 30, of 43 Brooksive Ave., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 5.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Leonard D. Prosser, 59, of 267 Litchfield St., Apartment 4, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 5.
CARRYING A DANGEROUS WEAPON: Stafan Lupu, 58, of 52 Summer St., Apartment 12A, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and breach of peace. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 5.
BREACH OF PEACE: Mya Coates, 18, of 81 Hunter Court, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with breach of peace. She was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Aug. 30.
LARCENY: Kimberly Dunn, 36, of 65 Eldridge St., Waterbury, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 5.
