BREACH OF PEACE: Aimee M. Lachance, 34, of 211 Benham St., Torrington, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with breach of peace. She was given $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Aug. 24.
ASSAULT: Andrew W. Scarduzio, 34, of 211 Benham St., Torrington, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with breach of peace and assault. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Aug. 24.
LARCENY: Kayla E.Michalak, 26, of 171 Sherman Ave., Meriden, was arrested on a warrant stemming from July 25 and charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, and sixth-degree larceny. She was given $5,000 bond.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS: Pedro Rodriguez, 43, of Church St., Torrington, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance — one half-ounce to less than four ounces of marijuana, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 28.
USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Richard Beck, 47, of 100 Reservoir Road, Barkhamsted, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 28.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Carmelo M. Burgos, 41, of 39 Mapleridge Drive, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was given $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court Aug. 25.
THREATENING: Susan C. Hebert, 31, of 240 Water St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with breach of peace, threatening and violation of a protective order. She was held on a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 25.
