Torrington arrests for Aug. 21, 2017

PROTECTIVE ORDER: Karissa Lamothe, 25, of 92 Beechwood Ave., second apartment, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 18 and charged with violation of protective order and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 21.
DUI: Mark D. Hunter, 59, of 113 Sunny Lane, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 28. Hunter was also arrested Aug. 18 and charged with the same offense, held on $500 surety bond, and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 21.
POSSESSION: Ibrahim V. Tiburcio, 28, of 7 Pearl St., first-floor apartment, Waterbury, was arrested Aug. 17 and charged with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of crack cocaine. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 28.
BURGLARY: Charles D. Parks, 38, of 82 James St., Apartment 2, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from April 18 and charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Sept. 1.
BREACH OF PEACE: James W. Borrelli, 29, of 31 Whiting Ave., third-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 28.
DUI: Nestor O. Muy-Juca, 34, of 85 East Albert St., Torrington, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and improper turn/stop — no signal. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 28.
BREACH OF PEACE: Todd Bolduc, 47, of 114 Breezy Hill Road, Harwinton, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 21.
BREACH OF PEACE: Michele Cyr, 51, of 52 Meadow St., Torrington, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 21.
DUI: Jason T. Rolo, 40, of Surrey Lane, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with improper turn/stop — no signal, illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and operating motor vehicle with handheld telephone/electronic device/texting. He was held on a $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court Aug. 21.
