Torrington arrests for Aug. 16, 2017

BURGLARY: Jeffrey C. Riccitelli, 37, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with violation of a protective order, third-degree burglary, breach of peace and criminal trespassing. He was held on a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15.
LARCENY: Adolph W. Spring, 46, of 1220 East Main St., Apartment A, Torrington, was arrested June 16 and charged with fifth-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court.
RESISTING ARREST: Luis A. Justiniano, 47, of 31 Scoville St., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with reach of peace, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was held on a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Aug. 16.
EVADING: Paul M. Odell, 52, of 189 Bunnell St., Colebrook, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with evading responsibility. He was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 28.
VIOLATION OF PROBATION: Erin J. Frederick, 34, of no certain address, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with three counts of violation of probation. She was held on a $7,500 combined surety bond.
