INTERFERING WITH EMERGENCY CALL: Jennifer R. Hannum, 22, of 752 Main St., Torrington, was arrested July 5 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call. She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 6.
DUI: Carlos A. Hernandez, 41, whose last known address was 58 Woodbine St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested July 2 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and illegally operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 14.
DUI: Melissa M. Baresi, 28, of 124 Lincoln Ave., Apartment 2, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from April 11 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and improper turn/stop — no signal. She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on July 13.
ASSAULT: Marcos A. Cruz, 25, of 17 Alvord St., Torrington, was arrested July 6 and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency call. He was given $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court July 7.
DUI: Robert Consolini, 56, of 488 Hayden Hill Road, Torrington, was arrested July 5 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 17.
LARCENY: Michael Slater, 29, of 34 North Elm St., Torrington, was arrested July 5 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 17.
EVADING RESPONSIBILITY: Robert M. Mayo, 50, of 502 Main St., F1, Torrington, was arrested July 2 and charged with evading responsibility — property damage/injury, illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension, and improper turn/stop — no signal. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in court July 10.
VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER: Nicholas J. Votino, 42, of 690 Goshen Road, Torrington, was arrested July 6 and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order. He was released on $1,000 court-set surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 10.
OUI: Alexandria C. Campbell, 21, of 190 Birge Park Road, Harwinton, was arrested July 6 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improperly operating a motor vehicle under suspension, traffic control signals, and improper turn/stop — no signal. She was released on $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 17.
BREACH OF PEACE: Geoffrey A. Curtis, 37, of 835 New Harwinton Road, Apartment S, Torrington, was arrested July 8 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 17.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Anthony J. Cruz, 19, of 30 Pierce St., Bristol, was arrested July 9 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was given $450 bond and scheduled to appear in court July 9.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: William E. Bartlett, 39, of 11 McCormick Place, Bloomfield, was arrested July 9 and charged with violation of protective order and first-degree criminal trespassing. He was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court July 10.
BREACH OF PEACE: Kashanti I. Danzy, 42, of 24 Benham St., Torrington, was arrested July 9 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 10.
LARCENY: Bethany R. Wujcik, 21, of 107 Wedgewood Drive, Torrington, was arrested July 10 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia, first-degree larceny, and violation — motor vehicle license class. She was held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 10.
WITNESS TAMPERING: Edward Rush Jr., 44, of 201 Sunnyside Ave., Waterbury, was arrested on a warrant stemming from July 4 and charged with violation of protective order and tampering — witness. He was held on $200,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 10.
