Torrington arrests for June 28, 2017

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:
ASSAULT: Justin P. Kotowski, 27, of 77 Marion Ave., Apartment 16, Torrington, was arrested June 22 and charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was held and scheduled to appear in court June 28.
BREACH OF PEACE: David White, 18, of 262 Calhoun St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested June 26 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 10.
RESISTING ARREST: Cheryl D. White-Jaquins, 48, of 19 Nathaniel St., Apartment 8, Torrington, was arrested June 26 and charged with attempt to assault a public safety official and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. She was released on a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court June 27.
BURGLARY: Claude S. Jones, 22, of 748 Torringford St., Torrington, was arrested June 26 and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespassing, sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation. He was held in lieu of $125,000 combined bond.
ASSAULT: Kate L. Lemanquais, 31, of 768 Klug Hill Road, Torrington, was arrested June 25 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court June 26.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Jimmy J. Klug, 34, of 768 Klug Hill Road, Torrington, was arrested June 25 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court June 26.
LARCENY: Albert V. Thibodeau, 75, of 115 Concord Road, Torrington, was arrested June 22 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court July 3.
ASSAULT: Dashawn Lucas, 24, of 47 Farnham Ave., Torrington, was arrested June 23 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was given $1,000 bond.
