Torrington arrests for June 19, 2017

RESISTING ARREST: Juan G. Quinones, 31, of 39 Hoffman St., Torrington, was arrested June 14 and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and operation/town of unregistered motor vehicle. He was released on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court June 26.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Sara A. Mansfield, 23, of 25 East Pearl St., Torrington, was arrested June 16 and charged with violation of protective order and first-degree criminal trespassing. She was held in lieu of a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court June 19.
RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD: Ambar Davila-Santana, 35, of 280 Park Ave., second apartment, Torrington, was arrested June 16 and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and risk of injury to child. She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court June 20.
POSSESSION: Aaron R. Kempton, 39, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested June 16 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Antonio D. Garcia, 23, of 121 Sunny Lane, Apartment C, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from June 3 and charged with second-degree criminal mischief. He was given a $500 court-set cash only bond.
ASSAULT: Christopher J. Mahoney, 50, of 323 Harwinton Ave., first-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested June 18 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and attempt to commit a crime — assault of a public safety official. He was held in lieu of a $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court June 19.
LARCENY: Alexandra Ramos, 40, of 330 Highland Ave., Torrington, was arrested June 16 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court June 26.
ASSAULT: Benjamin C. Nonken, 22, of 18 Lawrence Ave., Avon, was arrested on a warrant stemming from June 12 and charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and second-degree criminal mischief. He was held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court June 19.
