BREACH OF PEACE: Juanita Soto, 31, of 533 Riverside Ave. Torrington, was arrested May 17 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on May 18.
BREACH OF PEACE: Ian Brown, 34, of 533 Riverside Ave., Torrington, was arrested May 17 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on May 18.
POSSESSION: Tyler K. Barney, 53, of 55 Iowa St., Torrington, was arrested May 16 and charged with illegal possession of narcotic — crack, use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana and improper turn/stop — no signal. He was held on a $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on May 30.
RISK OF INJURY: Brandon Owens, 23, of 98 Pulaski St., Torrington, was arrested May 18 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to child. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on May 19.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Edward J. Ryan, 34, of 7 Willow St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested May 18 and charged with three counts of first-degree failure to appear. He was given $5,000 bond.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Joseph J. Tessora, 21, of 104 Linden St., Torrington, was arrested May 12 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. He was scheduled to appear in court on May 17.
THREATENING: Daniel B. Rodriguez, 48, of 345 East Main St., third-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested May 18 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and second-degree threatening. He was held on $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on May 19.
PROTECTIVE ORDER: Tina M. Goewey, 40, of 64 Brooker St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested May 18 and charged with violation of protective order. She was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on May 19.
STRANGULATION: Dawn J. Lebrecht, 33, of 83 Lawrence Lane, Torrington, was arrested May 18 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation. She was held on $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on May 19.
