FAILURE TO APPEAR: Stephen K. White Jr., 22, of 30 Summer St., second apartment, Bristol, was arrested April 14 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to obey traffic control signals and second-degree failure to appear. He was released on $3,500 combined bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on April 24.
THREATENING: Ahkeem M. Barros, 23, of 37 Maud St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested April 15 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was held on a $50,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court April 17.
PROTECTIVE ORDER: Nicholas D. Gioiele, 23, of 54 Forest St., Torrington, was arrested April 16 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on April 17. He was also arrested April 16 and charged with first-degree violation condition of release. He was held on a $25,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on April 17.
PROTECTIVE ORDER: Megan A. Arnott, 19, of 43 Brookside Ave., Apartment 2, Torrington, was arrested April 16 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and violation of protective order. She was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on April 17.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Matthew Lacasse, 22, of 291 East Elm St., Torrington, was arrested April 16 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was given $100 bond and scheduled to appear in court April 26.
ASSAULT: Joel A. Polanco, 20, of 298 High St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from March 26 and charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was held on $7,000 cash bond.
VIOLATION OF PROBATION: Jennifer C. Adamek, 52, of 236 Main St., Apartment c10, Torrington, was arrested April 17 an charged with violation of probation. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on April 19.
BREACH OF PEACE: Glenn A. Cochrane, 53, of 75 Wall St., Apartment 3, Torrington, was arrested April 17 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was held on $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on April 18.
DUI: Deonte A. Jenkins, 22, of 648 Prospect St., Torrington, was arrested April 17 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to obey stop sign, and use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court May 1.
DUI: Justin Jolicoeur, 22, of 25 Millard St., Torrington, was arrested March 24 and charged with failure to drive in proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released on a $2,000 court set bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on May 1.
ASSAULT: Diane Riley, 50, of 683 South Main St., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested April 18 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and assault of a public safety official. She was given $500 bond.
BREACH OF PEACE: Ernesto Gonzalez, 31, of 224 North Elm St., first-floor apartment, was arrested April 18 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court April 19.
POSSESSION: Michael K. Follert, 23, of 111 Sunny Lane, Apartment D1, Torrington, was arrested April 18 and charged with possession with intent to sell/dispense, possession of hallucinogen — less than half-ounce of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession in a school zone. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court May 1.
