Torrington arrests for March 21, 2017

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Peter E. Woods Jr., 29, of 22 Alto Road, Burlington, was arrested March 17 and charged with creating a public disturbance, first-degree criminal trespassing, and use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on March 20.
BREACH OF PEACE: Alexis G. Ventura, 38, of 107 Pulaski Street, first apartment, Torrington, was arrested March 18 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was held on $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on March 20.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Jesse Michaud, 40, of 201 West Street, second-floor apartment, Bristol, was arrested March 19 and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. He was held on $1,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on March 20.
ASSAULT: Rosa M. Uribe, 33, of 36 Benham Street, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Feb. 4 and charged with two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of second-degree breach of peace, second-degree false statement, and third-degree hindering prosecution. She was held on $15,000 bond.
ASSAULT: Alicia M. Uribe, 27, of 531 Torringford Street, Torrington, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of second-degree breach of peace, second-degree false statement, and second-degree hindering prosecution. Her bond was set at $15,000.
