ALICIA M. OLOUGHLIN, 30, 116 Winterberry Way, Torrington, second-degree breach of peace, March 3. Released on $1,000 non-surety bond for appearance March 17 in Bantam Superior Court.
JENNIFER M. CHIRICO, 34, 169 Central Ave., Apt. 1, Torrington, sixth-degree larceny, interfering with police, risk of injury to a child, March 16. Released on $1,500 non-surety bond for appearance March 17 in Bantam Superior Court.
ERIC M. DIETLIN, 47, 236 Main St., Apt. C2, Torrington, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, March 17. Held on $1,000 surety bond for appearance March 17 in Bantam Superior Court.
JOSE D. QUIROZ, 33, 115 Claremont St., Oakville, sixth-degree larceny, Feb. 25. Released on $2,500 non-surety bond for appearance March 27 in Bantam Superior Court.
