Torrington arrests for March 3, 2017

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Kyle J. Botelho, 25, of 353 Park Ave., Torrington, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was held on a $585 cash bond.
FAILURE TO PAY/PLEAD: Arthur J. Ledoux Jr., 56, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with failure to pay/plead to infraction. He was held on $200 cash only bond and scheduled to appear in court March 1.
FAILURE TO PAY/PLEAD: Deborah Camire, 56, of 180 Funston Ave. Torrington, was arrested March 1 and charged with failure to respond to infraction. She was released on a $25 bond.
ASSAULT: Melanie A. Willequer, 39, of 109 Sunny Lane, Torrington, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child. She was held on $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on March 1.
ASSAULT: James H. Welles, 67, of 109 Sunny Lane, Apartment 2c, Torrington, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was held on $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on March 1.
LARCENY: Justin M. Lamontagne, 31, of 89 Dogwood Drive, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Jan. 20 and charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in court March 2.
ASSAULT: Eric Plevka, 32, of 502 Essex Court, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Jan. 18 and charged with two counts of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was scheduled to appear in court March 2.
