Torrington arrests for Dec. 14, 2016

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:
ASSAULT: Alejandro A. Mcnutt, 46, of 1455 Southford Road, Apartment G, Southbury, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was given $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 12.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: David K. Kent, 52, of 634 Migeon Ave., Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Nov. 12 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana, improper turn/stop — no signal, failure to carry registration/insurance card, illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension and distracted driving with accident. He was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Dec. 19.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Joshua Sramek, 30, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was held on $25,000 cash/surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Dec. 12.
ASSAULT: Justin Roy, 33, of 580 Norfolk Road, Torrington, was arrested Dec. 4 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was held on $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 12.
VIOLATION OF PROBATION: Mark C. Snyder, 35, of 114 Wyoming Ave., Torrington, was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with violation of probation. He was given $10,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Dec. 27.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Oliver Q. Sacco, 30, of 480 Riverside Ave., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with first-degree criminal trespassing. He was given $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court Dec. 19.
DUI: Jane L. Milas, 54, of 48 Colin Drive, Torrington, was arrested Dec. 8 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Dec. 9.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Matthew Cabral, 29, of 240 Kent Road, Warren, was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was held on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Dec. 14.
THREATENING: Anthony M. Hill, 23, of 99 Plymouth St., first-floor apartment, New Haven, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Feb. 7 and charged with violation of protective order and second-degree threatening. He was held on $5,000 court-set cash-only bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Dec. 14.
ASSAULT: Ramfis Aquino, 35, of 191 Central Ave., second-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Dec. 9 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and risk of injury to child. He was released on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Dec. 15.
The Winchester Police Department reported the following arrests:
THREATENING: Brian K. Pratt, 50, of 235 North Main St., Winsted, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Nov. 28.
PROTECTIVE ORDER: Dominique K. Ringwood, 24, of 22 Hillside Ave., Torrington, was arrested Nov. 27 and charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespassing. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Nov. 28.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Marjoire Rhodes, 54, of 342 Gleasondale Road, Stow, Mass., was arrested Dec. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Dec. 2.
ASSAULT: Rebecca Dzurnak, 28, of 21 Chestnut St., Winsted, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with third-degree assault, risk of injury to minor, and disorderly conduct. She was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Dec. 12.
ASSAULT: Robert Start, 24, of 21 Chestnut St., Winsted, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Dec. 12.
