Torrington arrests for Nov. 23, 2016

Getting alot more of these “no certain address” violators. I’m guessing they are part of the homeless population in Torrington.

FORGERY: Kris P. Palazzolo, 37, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery. He was released on $500 cash bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Nov. 28.
EVADING RESPONSIBILITY: Connor D. Smith, 19, of 119 Allison Drive, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with following too closely — non-commercial vehicle and evading responsibility. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Nov. 21.
BREACH OF PEACE: Ana K. Guzman, 37, of 427 Migeon Avenue, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Nov. 21.
BREACH OF PEACE: Maklin Garcia, 41, of 210 Country Club Road, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 21.
BREACH OF PEACE: Clifford B. Hankerson, 29, of 58 High Street, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 21.
FAILURE TO APPEAR: Corrine M. Olivier, 38, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was held on $2,500 court set surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Nov. 22.
LARCENY: Jennifer Mabis, 23, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Sept. 23 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released into court custody on $500 bond.
FAILURE TO REGISTER: Brandon K. Frenette, 39, of 83 Brookside Avenue, second-floor apartment, Torrinbgton, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Oct. 17 and charged with failure to register — minor/non-violent. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Dec. 5.
POSSESSION: Stanley H. Ferris, 25, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with second-degree failure to appear, use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia in a school zone, and failure to keep narcotics in original container. He was held on $10,000 combined bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Dec. 5.
