Torrington arrests for Nov. 15, 2016

The first guy, Cronin, is the one that got arrested last year for breaking into my place on Highland after his friend was arrested.

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:
LARCENY: Bryon M. Cronin, 23, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from July 4 and charged with third-degree larceny and use of motor vehicle/vessel without permission. He was issued $10,000 court-set surety bond.
ASSAULT: Michael Harris, 29, of 32 Lawton St., first apartment, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear. He was held on $1,500 combined bond and scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14 and Nov. 21.
FORGERY: Austin C. Lamedica, 26, of 109 Queens Road, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 8 and charged with second-degree forgery and attempt to commit two counts of sixth-degree larceny. He was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: James M. Frasca, 38, of 169 Starview Drive, Torrington, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency call. He was held on $1,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Nov. 14.
POSSESSION: Joshua I. Silverman, 25, of 126 Eastwood Road, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Aug. 25 and charged with possession of narcotics — methadone, illegal possession of narcotic — heroin, possession of a controlled substance — one half-ounce to less than four ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia — more than a half-ounce of marijuana, and use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was given $10,000 bond.
ASSAULT: Laurie Curley, 53, of 218 Brightwood Ave., Torrington, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was given $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.
PROTECTIVE ORDER: Richard A. Charbonneau, 61, of Torrington, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with violation of a protective order. He was given $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.
EVADING RESPONSIBILITY: Marquise J. King, 22, of 109 East Albert St., Torrington, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and evading responsibility. He was held on $1,000 court-set bond.
