The Torrington Police Department 10/25/16 -Register

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:

BREACH OF PEACE: Ashley M. Chausse, 23, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order. She was given $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 19.

ASSAULT: Wilmer Supliguicha-Merchan, 26, of 24 Brook St., second apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct., 19 and charged with violation of protective order, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 19.

ASSAULT: James W. Dean, 35, of 172 Berry St., Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Aug. 5 and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $5,000 court-set non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 31.

BREACH OF PEACE: Randolph W. Stickney, 45, of 84 Bannon St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. He was given $500 bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 20.

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Taylor Snook, 21, of 43 Brookside Ave., second apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with second-degree violation conditions of release, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespassing. She was held on $1,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 20.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: James F. Cossette, 35, of 105 Aetna Ave., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. He was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 20.

BREACH OF PEACE: Taylor Snook, 21, of 43 Brookside Ave., second apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 20.

ASSAULT: Cedric L. Brown, 45, of 140 Clarence St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with third-degree assault. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 21.

DUI: Margaret H. Hill, 63, of 100 Irving Ave., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and improper turn/stop — no signal. She was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 31.

BREACH OF PEACE: Michael A. Morse, 26, of 33 Norfolk Road, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree falsely reporting an incident and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was held on $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 21.

PROTECTIVE ORDER: John J. Morell, 45, of 259 Prospect St., Apartment 213, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with violation of protective order. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 21.

PROTECTIVE ORDER: Saida Abreu, 43, of 19 Scoville St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with violation of a protective order. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 21.
