Torrington Police Blotter 10/17/16 – Register

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:

VIOLATION OF PROBATION: Dustin M. Robinson, 21, of 71 Upson Ave., Winchester, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with two counts of violation of probation. He was given a $5,000 combined bond.

DUI: Chapal V. Waldron, 25, of 82-A Prospect St., New Hartford, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with improper turn/stop — no signal, improperly operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to carry registration/insurance card. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 24.

DUI: Martin Moore, 44, of 71 Cathole Road, Bantam, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with improperly operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 24.

ASSAULT: Dean C. Lebrecht, 32, of 83 Lawrence Lane, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint and interfering with an emergency call. He was held on $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 14.

EVADING RESPONSIBILITY: Joshua O. Pierce, 30, of 185 Winthrop St., Torrington, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with evading responsibility and improper turn/stop — no signal. He was issued a summons and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 17.

BREACH OF PEACE: Kaci M. Hall-Wilmot, 21, of 383 Main St., Apartment 3N, Torrington, was arrested on a warrant stemming from Sept. 7 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 24.

VIOLATION OF PROBATION: Jeremiah P. Clapper, 36, of no certain address, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with violation of probation. He was released on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 24.
