The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:

VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER: Saida Abreu, 43, of 19 Scoville Street, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with violation of a protective order. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 5.

VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER: John J. Morell, 45, of 259 Prospect Street, Apartment 213, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with violation of a protective order. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 5.

LARCENY: John A. Persechino, 24, of 62 Clove Court, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 17.

HARASSMENT: Galo G. Garay, 30, of 37 Guilford Street, third-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with second-degree harassment and violation of protective order. He was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 6.

RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD: Aisha King, 38, of 1105 Capital Avenue, Bridgeport, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and risk of injury to child. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 6.

BREACH OF PEACE: Jahquise King, 20, of 109 East Albert Street, third-floor apartment, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 6.

BREACH OF PEACE: Marquise J. King, 22, of 109 East Albert Street, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 6.

LARCENY: Connor Moran, 25, of 50 Bank Street, Winsted, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 11.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT: Ricardo Asan, 23, of 35 Schibi Street, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 7.

BREACH OF PEACE: Terri Rushlow, 35, of 88 Benham Street, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 7.

BREACH OF PEACE: Stewart Rushlow, 32, of 88 Benham Street, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 7.

DUI: Thomas H. Hubbard, 58, of 52 Summer Street, Apartment 9F, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with following too closely — non-commercial vehicle, illegally operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, illegally operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence — third offense. He was held on $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 11.

FALSE STATEMENT: Christopher Casey, 36, of 58 New Litchfield Street, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with second-degree false statement, violation of protective order, and criminal possession of pistol/revolver. He was given $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 7.

LARCENY: Richard Wanklin III, 37, of 109 Highland Avenue, was arrested and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 17.
