Torrington arrests for Oct. 7, 2016

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:

BREACH OF PEACE: Joseph Yashenko, 30, of 77 Marion Avenue, Apartment 15, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 3.

DUI: Annette Robinson, 41, of 150 Falls Road, Bethany, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was given $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 3.

FAILURE TO APPEAR: Marc Crouch-Berthiaume, 35, of 66 Elton Street, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was given $1,000 combined bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 11.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Neil J. Hollfelder, 56, of 480 Main Street, Winchester, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief, use of drug paraphernalia except less than a half-ounce of marijuana, and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was given $2,500 bond.

DUI: Tracie Hilpert, 42, of 113 Highview Drive, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with distracted driving, improper turn/stop – no signal, and illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 11.

FAILURE TO APPEAR: Patricia R. Brown, of Migeon Avenue, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was given $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 17.

FAILURE TO APPEAR: Mark E. Kochiss, 26, of 829 Main Street, Torrington, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with first-degree failure to appear.
