Torrington arrests for Sept. 27, 2016 – Register

The Torrington Police Department reported the following arrests:

LARCENY: William E. Brice III, 45, of 24 Workman Ave., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with third-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 3.

BREACH OF PEACE: Karl Fritch, 43, of 839 Main St., Apartment 78, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Sept. 26.

ASSAULT: Gzim Salijaj, 26, of 125 Wall St., Apartment 1, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with third-degree assault, violation of protective order, first-degree criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Sept. 26.

FAILURE TO APPEAR: Erick T. Andujar, 36, of 211 North Main St., Winsted, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was released on $2,000 combined bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 3.

BREACH OF PEACE: Edward P. Kittle, 80, of 168 Water St., Apartment 6, Torrington, was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Oct. 3.

ASSAULT: Robert A. Gilpatric, 41, of 165 Church St., Canaan, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in court Oct. 3.

FAILURE TO APPEAR: Jacquelyn Locascio, 63, of 84 Bannon St., Torrington, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with first-degree failure to appear. She was given $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 28.

VIOLATION OF PROBATION: Gary F. Fecto, 46, of 76 East Lake St., Winchester, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with violation of probation. He was held on $10,000 cash or surety bond.
