HARWINTON PROPERTY AUCTION

The Town of Harwinton, Connecticut has levied upon the following properties in
Harwinton and slated them for public auction to satisfy delinquent taxes and other charges under C.G.S. § 12-157. Maps below refer to Harwinton Assessor’s maps. Unless paid, these properties will be auctioned in “as is” condition at 10:00 a.m. on June 11, 2014 at the Harwinton Town Hall at 100 Bentley Drive.

±7.034 acres on Campville Hill (Map B4 Block 1 Lot 2), owned by Jeremiah and Laura
Burr of 47 Jacks Hill Road, Oxford CT 06478, owing $7,986.18 through the end of last month.

±0.5 acres on Scoville Hill Road (Map A8 Block 4 Lot 4), owned by Daniel and Linda
Chattin of 75 Perkins Hill Road, owing $5,769.61 through the end of last month. Pride
Acquisitions LLC and Charlotte Hungerford Hospital may claim interests which will be
extinguished by the sale.

61 Shingle Mill Road (Map D5 Block 1 Lot 4), owned by Arnold and Irene Cochran of
that address, owing $2,161.08 through the end of last month. Bristol Babcock E.F.C.U.;
Charlotte Hungerford Hospital; New Century Mortgage Corporation; and Bristol Hospital, Inc. may claim interests which will be extinguished by the sale.

233 County Line Road (Map E8 Block 2 Lot 1301), owned by Thomas Dauphin of that
address, owing $13,225.17 through the end of last month. Farmington Bank may claim interests which will be extinguished by the sale.

3 Silano Drive (Map B9 Block 2 Lot 21), owned by Cathy M. Doty of that address,
owing $15,201.77 through the end of last month. Superior Plus Energy Services Inc. d/b/a
SCASCO Energy; Discover Bank; and the United States Internal Revenue Service may claim interests which will be extinguished by the sale.

±0.13 acres on Catlin Road (Map F2 Block 8 Lot 6), owned by Scott and Carol Jamieson
of 70 Hamilton Lane, Watertown CT 06795, owing $7,922.20 through the end of last month. Elizabeth Jamieson may claim interests which will be extinguished by the sale. The auction of this property is being conducted jointly with the Lake Harwinton Association.

120 Bull Road (Map D5 Block 3 Lots 8 and 9), owned by Pamela A. Kaminski of that
address, owing $2,385.13 through the end of last month. American Medical Response may
claim interests which will be extinguished by the sale.

57 Burlington Road (Map D6 Block 1 Lot 13), owned by Thomas W. Mahoney of 155
Workman Avenue, Torrington CT 06790, owing $1,112.50 through the end of last month.
Webster Bank, N.A. may claim interests which will be extinguished by the sale.

±0.09 acres and ±0.92 on South Shore Drive (Map F1 Block 7 Lots 12 and 22), owned by
Eliot F. Morrison of 5 Field Road, Danbury CT 06811 and Arthur Nelkin of 33 Windsor Drive, Boynton Beach FL 33436, owing $42,664.12 through the end of last month. The auction of this property is being conducted jointly with the Lake Harwinton Association.

53 Silano Drive (Map B9 Block 2 Lot 29), owned by Lauretta M. Silano of that address,
owing $11,899.50 through the end of last month. Bank of America, N.A. may claim interests which will be extinguished by the sale.

±1.83 acres and ±1.16 acres on Valley Road (Map B2 Block 1 Lots 2 and 3), owned by
Dorothy Stewart of 3123 Bailey Avenue, Apt. 5E, Bronx NY 10463, owing $3,714.91 through the end of last month.

6 Timber Lane (Map F2 Block 7 Lot 14), owned by Wayne and Shelly Truskauskas of
that address, owing $8,943.33 through the end of last month. Webster Bank, N.A. may claim interests which will be extinguished by the sale. The auction of this property is being conducted jointly with the Lake Harwinton Association.

Bidders must present $5,000 per property in cash or certified check payable to “Pullman
& Comley, Trustee” on the day of the sale, and the winning bidder must pay the balance of the sale price within 5 days or forfeit that deposit.
